This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An inspection was conducted on 9/8/2020 to review the new playground location. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The playground equipment, resilient surfacing, fenced area, and playground areas were observed. Site plans and square footage of the new playground area was submitted. The new playground area was approved for use effective 9/8/2020.
