Please consult with your local health department regarding the use of hand sanitizer with younger children and possible alternate means of hand sanitizing or cleaning upon arrival at the center before children are able to have hands washed at the sink.

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 7/23/2020 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of Immunizations for Children, Program Directors and Back-up for Program Directors, Hazardous Substances and Other Harmful Agents, and Special feeding Needs.This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. Based on the information gathered during interviews, children and staff records reviews, as well as a review of other electronic documents there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so the complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
