The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced investigation on 10/22/2020, and a follow up was conducted on 11/09/2020 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 10/19/2020 regarding special care provisions and emergencies. Based on staff interviews and documentation reviewed, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
