Discussed OBI and using a temporary social security number provided by OBI for field print registration. number was provided by OBI during the inspection.
- Comments:

The vendor is present with 2 children totalling 3 points. This is a relocation inspection, the vendor has moved to a new place that has two levels, the main level is used for child care and the family has bedrooms upstairs. The children in care use the main floor for care. The vendor and children were observed playing with playdough and making bracelets with beads and pipe cleaners. Lots of interaction between vendor and children. The children are having pasta, sauce , ham and vegetables for lunch. Lots of toys are accessible to the children. Standard #: 63.2-1721.1-B-2 Description: Based on the review of the paperwork for the household members, it was determined that one household member is missing the fingerprints check required. Evidence: A household member, household member B , turned 18 in February and does not yet have the fingerprint check done. Plan of Correction: I could not do it yet because he is waiting to be assigned a tax id number. I will use the number i received from OBI during the inspection and make the appointment for the fingerprint check.
