A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on November 18, 2020, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 41 children under the supervision of 16 staff.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-580-B Description: Based on staff records review,1 out of 5 records, the center did not ensure within the first 90 days of employment all staff who work directly with children shall complete Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff, which shall include training on the following topics and training modules.
