Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A Renewal inspection was initiated on 12/4/2020 and concluded on 12/8/2020. The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection at 10:15am. There were 29 children present and 7 staff. The inspector emailed the Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 3 staff records submitted by the Director to ensure documentation was complete. 3 Agent Records were also reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined there were violations with applicable standards or law. Violations were issued and are listed on the Violation Notice.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs. If you have any questions, please contact me at shahana.green@dss.virginia.gov .
