This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 10/14/2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection, records were reviewed, staff was interviewed and virtual tour of the facility was conducted in response to an allegation regarding general procedures, physical plant and special care provision and emergencies . There was not a preponderance of evidence the complaint was determined to be NOT VALID.
