Training regarding the changes to the vendor agreement standards was conducted during this inspection.
- Comments:

A new health and safety inspection was conducted today. The vendor does not have any children in care at this time. The area that will be used for child care has lots of supplies for the children and a space for reading and circle time. The vendor will provide food, but will not transport then children. but will take them on walks in the neighborhood and play in her back yard. This inspection was started at 10:20 and ended at 12:20. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-390-B-2 Description: Based on the review of the vendors emergency supplies the vendor failed to have a battery operated radio. Evidence: The vendor does not have a battery operated radio. Plan of Correction: I had a radio but my son gave it to a friend, I will buy a new one today.
