An announced initial inspection was conducted on 01/19/2021 from 11:00 A.M.-12:15 P.M. The facility was toured and the outdoor play area and classrooms were measured for capacity. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, parent pick-up procedures, emergency maps and procedures, first -aid kit, emergency supplies, one agent background check, injury prevention plan, playground safety plan, and the emergency plan. A recommendation will be made for an initial six-month conditional Child Day Center license with a capacity of 27 children and an age range of sixteen months through twelve years. There were no violations noted during the inspection.
