An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 2/3/21 and concluded on 2/4/21. There were 28 children and 8 staff present. The focus of the inspection was to determine whether the provider had corrected or is in the process of correcting previously cited violations in the areas of standards noted on their Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). This inspection yielded no violations of applicable laws or regulations.
