This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated on March 11, 2021 and concluded on March 23, 2021. A complaint was received by the department on March 2, 2021 regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, and programs. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector requested a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. Two staff files were reviewed, two staff interviews were conducted, pictures of classroom space and attendance records were reviewed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or laws. No violations were cited.
