Discussion and review of documentation of a complaint with regards to the Child Day Center's termination of care for Child #1.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was concluded on 04/08/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of 420.A.14 - Termination Policy; 420.B - Notification of Persistent Behavioral Problems; and 420.E.4 - Reason for Termination. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
