Center management staff shall provide the following to the Inspector:
1 - Height of the slide on the Children's House playground.
2 - Documentation showing the age-appropriate determination for each of the three pieces of outdoor play equipment.
Classroom measurements and maximum capacity have been determined through a review of submitted documents and a virtual inspection of the physical plant. The Inspector reserves the right to alter any capacity numbers once an on-site inspection can be completed.
The license cannot be issued until the Initial Application is deemed complete.

An announced initial inspection for licensure was conducted today. This inspection was completed using an alternate inspection method, per requirements in response to the current national health emergency.
The school is not currently open. No children are in care and only management staff have been hired, as of the date of this inspection.
