Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on April 30, 2021 and concluded on the same day. The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 9 children present and 3 staff. The Inspector emailed the Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed children?s attendance records and 3 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Staff have training hours and 2 staff present with current MAT and all staff current CPR/First Aid. The program stated only have one child enrolled with a food intolerance but no food allergies. There are no medications stored at the site. Emergency Evacuation Procedures are posted and record of drills are current and complete. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
