This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on May 21, 2021 and concluded on June 2, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the complaint investigation . The complaint was in regards to staffing and supervision and programs. Staff were interviewed, and documents were reviewed .
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint was determined not valid.
