This inspection was conducted by VDOE staff using an alternative remote protocol, including a phone interview, records review, and virtual observations of the classrooms, and interior/exterior areas of the facility. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 12:18pm. The owner was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection, and given a list of items required to complete the inspection. There 70 children + 15 direct-care staff present during the inspection. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. The facility was well supplied with toys and equipment for children, and appeared clean and organized today. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
