This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/12/2021 to investigate a self-reported incident received by the department related to Supervision of Children, Programs, and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The director was contacted by telephone, staff interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law and no violations were issued.
