This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews,
and a virtual tour of the program.
An announced non-mandated additional building modification inspection was conducted. The onsite inspection was completed to get measurements and the licensing inspector toured the new space, bathroom, and emergency evacuation
routes/maps.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violation with the applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
