Standard #: 22VAC40-185-160-C Description: Based on review of staff records, it was determined that the facility did not ensure that staff submitted updated tuberculosis (Tb) screening two years after the last screening.
Evidence:
The Tb screening for staff #! was dated 10/17/2018 and was, therefore, over two years old.Plan of Correction: Center management will ensure that all staff get updated Tb screenings within the prescribed time frames.
