The vendor shall develop and implement a written policy and procedure that describes how the vendor will ensure that each group of children receives care by consistent staff or team of staff members.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, document review, and an interview with staff.

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 8/27/2021. There were 57 children present with ten staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
