This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 8/25/2021 and concluded on 9/2/2021. Interviews were conducted and records were reviewed in response to a complaint regarding infant classroom ratios, nutrition, staffing, and center policies. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid. Please email me at morgan.bryson@doe.virginia.gov with any questions.
