An unannounced inspection was conducted from 945-1030. The Vendor stated she has no kids enrolled and had attendance to show the last day she had cared for children was in September. She stated she is currently still operating and hoping to have children soon. The Vendor has supplies, schedule, and area set up for the children. The Vendor is also MAT and FirstAid/CPR certified. The Vendor has completed over 16 hours in annual training.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-400-A Description: Based on interview and record review it was determined the Vendor did not have the most recent Emergency preparedness plan that addressed all aspects and procedures in the event of shelter in place and lockdown scenario.
Evidence:
1. The plan available for review was an abbreviated plan for parents to sign but did not included all aspects of preparation and implementation.Plan of Correction: A blank EPP was given to the Vendor- she will fill it out.
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-410-A-3 Description: Based on interview, it was determined the Vendor did not practice a lockdown procedure in the last 12 months. Plan of Correction: I will practice but I will wait until I have a child enrolled to practice it with
