Comments:
An announced virtual renewal inspection was conducted on 9/20/2021. Due to the COVID pandemic, the inspector was not on site. This inspection was conducted via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There were 82 children (school age) directly supervised by 7 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and eating snack. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance.
