This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on September 14, 2021 and concluded on September 16, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 5 children present (all 4 years of age)with 2 staff directly supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The Inspector observed lunch bags that were both labeled and dated. A total of 2 child records and 1 new staff record were reviewed. The center has corrected the violations recorded during the last inspection and have made physical plant changes to accommodate school age children. The Center records were organized and the monthly evacuation drills were detailed with time and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
