During inspection(s) emergency procedures and ratio requirements were reviewed. Staff was informed of best practices in emergencies.
- Comments:

A complaint investigation was initiated on June 16, 2021 with another local agency regarding child and staff ratio requirements . Interviews were conducted, and documentation reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding supervision; while children may have been left out of ratio supervision was maintained and ratio was exceeded in an emergency.
