*Playground safety procedures; written procedures for leaving to and from the facility to go to the public use playground, The equipment age for the use of the playground equipment age range is 2 to 5 years. Procedures should include community use of the park.

An announced initial inspection was completed today. The LI met with the Site Director, CEO and COO to complete the inspection. The physical plant, 8 staff files, fire and health inspection, staff training, emergency plans and procedures were inspected approximately 10:15 am to 1:00.
