When the outstanding CPS background checks are received, please forward to inspector or submit documentation of follow up on background checks for Virginia at day 30 and for DC and Maryland CPS at day 45.

An initial inspection was conducted on October 7, 2021. The director was contacted and an onsite inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of a child records and 2 staff records were reviewed, along with BOD records.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
