This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 09/30/2021 and concluded on 9/30/2021. The CASA Program Supervisor was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 35 children present and 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records were reviewed. Staff records review is completed annually at the administrative office through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
