This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
A focused inspection was initiated on 10/04/2021 and concluded on 10/05/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. Training documents for 15 staff members, including 3 new employees, were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
