This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated 8/19/21 and concluded 9/28/21. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The complaint involved the forbidden action of physically discipling a child. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
