This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on October 27, 2021 and concluded on November 1, 2021. The Center Supervisor was contacted by telephone for initial information and a virtual inspection was conducted on November 1, 2021. There were 22 school age children present on a Teacher Workday, ranging in ages from 5 years to 12 years, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. Children records, staff records, and Emergency Procedures were reviewed.
