This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents reviewed and interviews with center staff and parties involved.
A complaint inspection was initiated on October 1, 2021 and concluded on November 5, 2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a review of center documents was conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration. A total of 3 child records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The inspection was amended on November 8, 2021.
