Discussed with the Director that evacuation drills should be practiced with the alarm so children are familiar with the sound to know what it means.
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/8/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 25 children present, ranging in age from six-weeks to five-years-old, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of three child records and three staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
