Provided consultation standards:
80 - for each group of children, the center shall maintain a written record of attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs;
340 - children under 10 years shall always be in actual sight and sound supervision of staff, except that staff need only be able to hear a child who is using the restroom;
350 - staff shall be counted in the required staff-to-children ratios only when they are directly supervising children; a staff member can not supervise more than one room or area at a time.

An unannounced inspection was conducted from 3:00 - 3:45pm to investigate a complaint received by the Department regarding Supervision of Children and Staff-to-children ratios. Interviews and observations were conducted, and documentation was reviewed. It was determined that the complaint was not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations. There were no violations issued as a result of the inspection.
