New requirements became effective on October 13, 2021. The facility has not yet [fully] complied with the following requirements:
- required allergy action/management plans for every child with a diagnosed allergy
- required attendance record in EACH GROUPING of children indicating the TIME OF ARRIVAL and TIME OF DEPARTURE from that specific grouping. Each separate grouping of children must maintain this attendance record that is kept up to date as children arrive and depart from the grouping throughout the day.
The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance.
The serving of jelly sandwiches was discussed to ensure understanding that a jelly sandwich meets only a grain food group component.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/23/2021 and concluded on 11/3/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 12 children present and 3 staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 6 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
