A complaint inspection was initiated on 10/21/2021 and concluded on 10/21/2021. The investigation included telephone contacts, review of documents and in-person interviews.
The complainant alleged the use of forbidden action by staff. The investigation did not reveal a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation. The information gathered did not determine non-compliance with the standards or law and a violation was not issued to the program.
