Standard #: 22.1-289.035-B-3 Description: Based upon records reviewed, center did not obtain required copy of the results of a search of the central registry maintained pursuant to ? 63.2-1515 and any child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry maintained by any other state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years for any founded complaint of child abuse or neglect against him. Evidence: Staff A did not have out of state Central Registry Check completed at the time of hire (4/5/21) Plan of Correction: The director stated that she was unfamiliar with the process. She has started the process through the appropriate bureau to get the check complete.
