Technical Assistance was provided regarding following polices of the facility, safety and security of the building as it relates to the monitoring access to the facility, health and safety as it relates best practice regarding hands free trash cans for the disposal of paper towels after hand washing.

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on November 12, 2021 from 7:30 am until 10:00 am in response to a complaint that was received November 11. 2020, regarding supervision of children and staff training. Observations were made in the center, records were reviewed and interviews with staff and parents were conducted. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, the preponderance of the evidence does not support the allegations in regard to supervision or staff training, therefore the complaint was determined to the invalid. There were non complaint related violations cited on the Violation Notice.
