This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on November 2, 2021 and concluded on November 23, 2021 to investigate a self-reported incident of regarding care, protection, and guidance, and supervision. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual and in-person inspection was conducted. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
