The licensing inspector, director, and owner discussed technical assistance regarding confidentiality regarding children's records and use of facility video recordings.
- Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate a complaint regarding confidentiality. The investigation was initiated on October 1, 2021 and concluded on October 21, 2021. Staff interviews were conducted, one staff record, one child's record, and documentation and video recordings were reviewed. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
