This inspection was conducted by licensing staff both on-site and using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 1/12/22 and concluded on 1/14/22. The center owner was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection and an on-site inspection was conducted on 1/14/22 from 11:15am until 12:15pm. At the time of the on-site inspection, there were 18 children in care with 6 staff. A sample of 2 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Children were observed playing outside on the playground and eating lunch. Handwashing procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, documentation of emergency practice drills and required center postings were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
