Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider children's medication documentation. An allergy plan, even when signed by a doctor, does not have all of the required components to properly administer medication. A parental authorization for medications onsite for more than 10 days is also required.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on January 7, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 16 children present with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.



The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
