This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A renewal inspection was initiated on January 13, 2022 and concluded on January 26, 2022. The site director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 38 children present ages toddler through five years old with eight staff plus 3 administrative staff. The inspector emailed the site director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed four children?s and four staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
