22.1 Early Childhood Care and Education

- One staff member has a criminal background check with a finding of "Unable to determine". The hiring of the staff is up to the discretion of the center, however it is recommended that a written statement from the staff member be included in the staff record.
- Medications authorization forms should include a parent signature. It is not a violation unless the medication is actually administered.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and documents review.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on January 12, 2022. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 50 children present with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
