Technical Assistance:
The Primrose medication authorization form does not have a space to designate the duration for the authorization. It is not a violation as the medication has not been administered. However, a timeframe that specifies how long an authorization is valid, is required for all administered medications.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and a review of documentation.
A renewal inspection was conducted on February 4, 2022. The director/provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 69 children present with 17 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 7 staff and board member records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
