New regulations, model forms, and regulations changes were discussed with the Head of School. Model forms were sent to the facility.

Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program. A monitoring inspection was initiated on 02/08/22 and concluded on same. The Head of School was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. All rooms inspected were in ratio. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition.
