Discussion of posted information with regards to the most recent fire and health inspections.

Discussion of allergy/sensitivity list. No medications on site; all allergies listed were seasonal in nature and not requiring further medication.
An on-site renewal inspection was conducted by licensing staff to include: documents review, interviews, and a tour of the program. A virtual component included a review of staff files for this site obtained through the Licensed Program Manager.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 02/11/2022, between 2 pm through 4 pm. The Site Supervisor was contacted upon arrival and an inspection was conducted. There were 28 school-age children present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
