This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including
telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) of the
program (if applicable).
A monitoring inspection was initiated on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 and concluded on Friday, February 11, 2022. The inspector conducted an in person inspection as the program.. There
were 10 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 1 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-A Description: Based on review of staff records and interview, the center did not ensure to update required background checks every five years for all employees.
