This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, interviews, an a virtual tour of the program.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 1/20/22 and concluded on 01/26/2022. A complaint incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of supervision. The director was contacted by phone to conduct the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
