8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted 2/22/2022 at 8:30am to 10am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 75 children under the supervision of 12 staff. Children were observed participating in group and individual activities, arriving to care, circle time, listening to stories, and playing outside. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials that were developmentally appropriate for the children in care. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
